Completed repairs include a 30-day warranty on labor. If the same issue comes back within 30 days of the completed repair, I will re-diagnose and fix it at no additional labor charge.
Replacement parts are covered by whatever warranty the manufacturer or supplier provides. Most new parts carry their own 30-day to 1-year warranty depending on the component. I will let you know the part warranty before you approve the repair.
What is not covered: new issues unrelated to the original repair, physical damage after pickup, liquid damage, software problems caused by user-installed programs, and devices that were modified or opened by someone else after the repair.
